1. Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate information for lead audits and marketing campaigns. We reserve the right to refuse service to any business that does not align with our ethics.

2. Payments & Refunds

Starter and Growth packages are billed monthly. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and specific optimization targets agreed upon during kickoff.

3. Performance Guarantees

"Results in 30 days or free" refers to the specific ad spend optimization and lead volume targets defined in your individual service agreement.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of New Delhi.
